This center is for adults and youths (older than 15 years of age) and offers:

• Primary literacy courses for Italian and foreign citizens without an elementary school diploma;
• Secondary school courses for Italian and foreign adults;
• Italian language courses of different levels aimed at foreigners who already hold a diploma or degree from their countries of origin;

ASL (Local Health Unit): FAMILY CONSULTORY

The main duties of the Consultory is that of providing for interventions of prevention and female health protection.

The Consultory also offers a service aimed at foreign women who are not registered with National Health Services or are without a residence permit (permit of stay), or for foreign women registered with National Health Services who have difficulty with the Italian language.

The operators present are gynecologists, obstetricians, and cultural mediators.

The Center can be accessed without an appointment for:

• check-ups during pregnancy and post-labor assistance
• information, advice, and health check-ups regarding contraception/family planning
• visits and appointments for tests regarding the prevention and diagnosis of sexually transmitted diseases
• diagnosis and therapy for illnesses/disease regarding female organs
• consultations, check-ups, and certificates for the voluntary interruption of a pregnancy (abortion).
